– Ghazi Alkhatib, The Hashemite University

I would strongly recommend this book to practitioners, researchers, persons with responsibility in human resources, in technology development and implementation, educators and policy makers.

My recommendation is based in the fact that this book discusses a truly important issue – the changes entailed by the adoption of technologies in the organizations and the effects it might / will have in individuals, organizations and society. It might help to open the discussion of digital technology adoption to the society and somehow demystify its impact. It might also help educators to be aware of the changes and of what society needs from them. It is time to give hands and work side by side, knowing that the final results only depends on the use we will make of the devices and equipment. After all, when a job is eliminated, some others are created or will be transformed, needing people with different skills and attitudes. Citizens need to be better prepare to face these challenges.

The editor, editorial advisory and review boards worked very hard to produce this exceptional job! Once again stupendous and marvelous job! Keep up the good work.
