His areas of specialization include destination management, travel processes, sustainable and regenerative tourism, and emerging disruptive technologies. He has consistently focused on advancing innovative and responsible approaches to tourism development, aligned with global priorities in sustainability and digital transformation. Dr. Tyagi has an extensive record of scholarly publication. He has authored or edited 30 academic books and published more than 100 research papers in reputed international journals spanning the fields of tourism, management, technology, and sustainability. His work is recognized for its academic rigour, practical relevance, and interdisciplinary perspective. In addition to his academic writing, Dr. Tyagi serves as a reviewer for several esteemed international journals.
