Author's/Editor's Biography

Santosh Biswal (Ed.)

Santosh Kumar Biswal has an M.A., M.Phil., PGDJMC, UGC-NET and PhD to his credit. Currently, Dr. Biswal is working as an Assistant Professor with Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication, Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune (India). Before joining Symbiosis International, he has worked with Andhra Loyola College, Hindustan Times and Tara Projects Association. He was a university topper and gold medalist in Social Communication from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar and a University Grants Commission (UGC) fellow. His work experiences indicate the credentials of teaching and industry associations. His teaching interests include Development Communication; Media, Culture and Society; Media Research; and Writing for Media. He has co-edited a book “Holistic Approaches to Brand Culture and Communication Across Industries.”



Krishna Kusuma (Ed.)

Krishna Sankar Kusuma is currently working as a Sr. Assistant Professor at AJKMCRC, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi (India). He teaches Video Production, Communication Theory and Research, Mobile Cinema, Advertising and Public Relations, Performance Media and South Indian Cinema. He has above sixteen years of teaching experience in the field of Mass communication. He is also in charge of the CEC-UGC Educational programme production, MOOC’s and e-Pathshala, Swayam Prabha (Channel-5). He has completed his Masters from Hyderabad Central University and his Doctorate degree from Jamia Millia Islamia. Before joining AJKMCRC, Dr. Kusuma worked with CEDEC-NISWASS in Bhubaneswar, Orissa, Tezpur central university. He has also worked for two years as Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication, Ministry of Higher Education, Oman.



Sulagna Mohanty (Ed.)

Sulagna Mohanty is an Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Amrita School of Engineering, Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore (India). She has done her PhD from School of Humanities, Social Sciences and Management, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bhubaneswar. Her research interests include Film Studies, Postcolonial Literature, Indian Literature and Native American Literature. Dr. Mohanty has extensively published on a variety of topics ranging from academic to social dimensions and has presented papers nationally and internationally. Moreover, she is a popular short story writer in Odia language.
