PhD, is Professor, OB and Human Resources at Chetana's Institute of Management & Research (CIMR) . A Ph. D. in management from NMIMS, he is an ICF certified Transformative Leadership Coach. His doctoral research focussed on re-conceptualising Customer Orientation in the contemporary Indian BFSI sector. During his diverse career of over 27 years in industry and academia he possesses unique experiences of managing operations and working across different cultures. He has taught various courses at national and international universities in areas of Strategic Management, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resources, International Business and Organisation Development. As a consultant and lead project manager in his previous assignment, he was involved in a wide range of consulting assignments for profit, and non-profit clients to help them achieve their goals and manage human resources. His research interest and contribution include topics covering comparative HR strategies, cross-cultural studies, leadership, digitalisation of business, sustainable business practices and change management. His research philosophy is based on Interpretivism, a research paradigm in social sciences that focuses on adding to the body of knowledge and making meaningful contributions to the industry. He has papers published in high indexed and peer reviewed National and international journals. He has presented papers in various international conferences and has chaired sessions in conferences. He is also on the board of reviewers of national and international journals. As a co-editor, his recent book, Innovation Management was published by Cengage.

is a Lecturer in Computer Science at Cardiff School of Technologies, Cardiff Metropolitan University. Prior to joining Cardiff Met, Dr. Faizan worked as a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor/Founding Director of the Research Centre for Human-Computer Interaction (2018-2022) and Research Associate (2010-2011) in a well-reputed university of Pakistan where they were responsible for curriculum design, teaching, research, supervisory, moderation, and consultancy in human-computer interaction domain. Dr. Faizan received their Ph.D. in Computer Science and Technology from the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2017, and their M.Eng. (Distinction) in Computer Applied Technology from the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Beihang University in 2013. With a broad teaching background in computer science to diverse audiences (e.g., face-to-face, online, and apprenticeship), Dr. Faizan Ahmad have successfully planned, developed, and led modules in the domains of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Games, Web, and Mobile Application Development. Dr. Faizan’s technical expertise spans from foundational subjects such as Programming Fundamentals to advanced topics like Usability and Interaction Design. Dr. Faizan Ahmad’s research focuses on advancing Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence and AI-driven personalised learning within the context of Smart Learning Environments, Immersive Education Technologies, and Industry 5.0. Dr. Faizan is particularly interested in designing emotionally adaptive, cognitively engaging systems that integrate Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Gamification, and Multimodal Learning Analytics. A core strand of their work explores the use of emerging technologies such as Digital Twins and the Metaverse to create scalable, inclusive, and personalised educational experiences. He has also earned an executive certification in Leadership and Digital Business Trends from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Chakraborty’s research spans influencer marketing, digital transformation, AI ethics, the experience economy, and sustainable tourism. His scholarly output includes articles in European Economic Letters, IPE Journal of Management, Journal of Research, and Global Business and Interdisciplinary Studies, along with book chapters published by IGI Global. He has presented at conferences such as the SDMIMD Human Resource Summit and contributes to research on mental health at the workplace.
