Abstract
Municipal strategic plans are essential documents that guide the devel-opment of local communities. They establish a long-term vision, clear goals and a path for sustainable growth, taking into account the needs and desires of the community. The effective implementation of these plans can result in a better quality of life and prosperity for the residents of a municipality. A strategic plan is a dynamic document that guides the unit's actions over time, ensuring alignment with the organi-zation's objectives, aligning with the organization's general objectives and adapting to changes in the environment organizational structure and provides a clear structure for the development, implementation and supervision of the organic unit's strategy.
