Abstract

Teaching, in its broadest sense, is a distinguished and specialized vocation demanding the capacity to both acquire and impart knowledge. Teachers disseminate their expertise and research to facilitate student learning while also staying abreast of global developments and setting an example for students and peers by perpetually renewing themselves. Nevertheless, a teacher attains true efficacy and leadership by continuously learning from colleagues, collaborating in learning, evolving together, and embracing innovation.
