Abstract

Incorporating intelligent hotel technology is a driving force behind the substantial transition the hospitality sector is experiencing. In this study, we investigate the consequences that these technologies, which include devices connected to the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and automation systems, have on the experiences that guests have and the efficiency with which operations are carried out. The literature emphasizes that innovative technologies contribute to enhancing visitor pleasure via the provision of customized services, expedite hotel operations through the automation of mundane chores, and contribute to efforts to promote sustainability by maximizing resource use and fostering waste reduction.
