Salim Al Daraai (Ed.)
Salim Bakhit Al Daraai
is a dedicated academic and researcher with a strong business management and innovation background. He currently serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Business and Accounting at Muscat College, Sultanate of Oman. He is also a PhD candidate at the University of Plymouth, UK. Al Daraai holds a Master's in Management from the University of Liverpool, UK. His academic journey began with a Bachelor's degree from Sultan Qaboos University. Before transitioning to academia, Al Daraai gained extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, working in various technical and managerial roles. In his current role at Muscat College, Al Daraai is deeply involved in teaching and mentoring students, offering courses in innovation management, strategic management, and organizational behaviour. He is strongly committed to research, focusing on talent management, innovation, and sustainability. His work has been published in various refereed journals and conference proceedings, and he has co-authored chapters in books related to AI and innovation in higher education. Al Daraai is also an active contributor to the academic community at Muscat College, serving on several committees, including the Strategic Planning and Development Committee and the Exam Committee. His professional affiliations include the British Academy of Management and the American Management Association memberships.

Nasser Alhamar Alkathiri
is an Assistant Professor and the Dean of the College of Economics and Business Administration at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences. Previously, he served as the Deputy Assistant Vice Chancellor for Postgraduate Studies, Scientific Research, and Innovation at the same institution in Salalah, Oman. Dr. Alkathiri holds a PhD in Knowledge Transfer from Plymouth University, UK, and a master’s degree in international business from the University of Sydney, Australia. His research interests encompass entrepreneurship, knowledge management, knowledge transfer, international business, and staff localization. He has published numerous papers in prestigious journals indexed in WoS and Scopus, including the Journal of Knowledge Management, International Journal of Finance & Economics, and International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management. Dr. Alkathiri has also presented at several local and international conferences. Furthermore, he participated in many internal and external committees, including the Economic Committee at Oman Chamber in Dhofar Governorate (Vice-Chairman) and the Committee for Preparing the Master’s Program in Leadership and Innovation (Chairman of the Committee) and several committees such as the Advisory Committee of the International Conference “A Sustainable Future at Jain Indian University”, Academic Committee, Quality Assurance Committee and Community Service Committee etc.
