AI-powered customer engagement, which includes is revolutionizing brands' audiences, creating new opportunities for enhancing customer experiences while optimizing operational efficiency. In the early days of customer engagement, human representatives were the primary point of contact between businesses and customers. These interactions typically took place through traditional store visits, meetings. Businesses relied on human agents to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations.
