Abstract

Sustainable Entrepreneurship among Youth: Transforming Challenges into Opportunities for Enhanced Territorial Performance explores the crucial role of sustainable entrepreneurship in integrating young people into the economy, particularly in regions requiring socio-economic development. Sustainable entrepreneurship represents an opportunity to stimulate territorial development by mobilizing social, economic, and environmental resources to promote the creation of eco-enterprises (Boutillier & Uzunidis, 2016).This topic highlights the challenges faced by young entrepreneurs, such as limited access to resources, insufficient training, and lack of institutional support, as well as institutional factors such as the size of the city of origin, field of study, and management experience, which influence their orientation towards sustainability (Labelle et al., 2012). Our empirical findings reveal the impact of individual and institutional factors, as well as funding programs, on sustainable entrepreneurship, and demonstrate that the latter has a positive influence on territorial performance.
