Status of Women Empowerment on Global Level in Every Field
Abstract
In today's time, empowerment is such a broad concept. Empowerment is an equally important concept for both men and women. In today's time, the participation and contribution of men or women in every field is neither less nor limited than each other. Women empowerment is a very interesting and really empowering concept. If put in simple words, empowerment means that it gives everyone the right to become self-reliant by using their own ideas. But you will also be happy to think that in today's time, women are showing high level of confidence and ability in every work field, which is commendable and promoting empowerment. Women have achieved success in every sphere of life. If we look at earlier times, the condition of women has improved a lot. An earlier woman were discriminated on the basis of gender, color or caste but due to the changing cycle of time the quality of life of women has improved and also their level of education, health and hygiene has also improved. It is being seen that globally, companies are being led by women and the pace of women becoming entrepreneurs.
