Exploring the Impact of Social Capital on Entrepreneurial Success
Abstract
This research explores in depth the role of social capital in entrepreneurial success. Through in-depth semi-structured interviews with entrepreneurs, the study examines the relational dynamics that underpin business success. Our goal is to complement previous research on social capital in the field of entrepreneurship, focusing on the role of each dimension of social capital in addressing the difficulties entrepreneurs face in obtaining different types of resources and how this easier access to resources could impact entrepreneur's success. The results reveal rich observations on the importance of social ties in creating economic and social value. This study highlights the crucial importance for entrepreneurs to cultivate strong networks and trusting relationships to thrive in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
