Hind Hammouch
holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Management from the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences (FSJES) at Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University in Fez, Morocco. She currently serves as a Professor at the Institute for Training in Offshoring Professions in Information Technology, Communication, and Audiovisual (IFMOTICA) in Fez and as a part-time lecturer at FSJES Fez, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate-level courses. Her research interests span corporate social responsibility (CSR), (Environmental, Social, and Governance) ESG, management control systems, organizational and financial performance, as well as the integration of artificial intelligence in sustainable development. Dr. Hammouch has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed articles published in Scopus-indexed journals, as well as scholarly book chapters with IGI Global and other international academic publishers. Her academic contributions also include editorial board memberships and peer-review engagements with several reputable international journals and conferences. With a multidisciplinary background and a strong commitment to applied research, Dr. Hammouch’s work contributes to bridging the gap between theory and practice in emerging areas of management, sustainability, and digital innovation.
