Reviews and Testimonials

In this era of technological advancement, the once clear demarcation between humans and artificial intelligence is becoming blurred. With the involvement of artificial intelligence in our lives, one needs to ponder upon the close-knitted association of humans and machines. As the interaction and interdependence between humans and artificial intelligence is increasing, the debate over whether AI will replace humans in the workforce often boils down to a handy, twofold explanation: AI will replace humans for most repetitive and manual labour tasks, while humans will excel at soft skills. This book is an attempt to showcase a believe that AI will help humans to improve emotional intelligence. Over the years, emotional intelligence has evolved into a must have skill. Employees with high emotional intelligence are more likely to stay calm under pressure, resolve conflict effectively, and respond to co-workers with empathy. The chapter "Emotional Intelligence: A Foundation of Business Management" intends to express the 5S approach to emotional intelligence as the foundation of Business management. For detailed explanation, have a look at this book, it is going to be a great resource for both professionals as well as for students.

By exploring the importance of empathy in business environments, Chapter two not only underscores the fundamental human relevance in decision-making and relationship management, but also highlights the opportunity for integrating empathic elements into the design and implementation of AI and machine learning-based solutions. Recognizing and incorporating empathy into AI strategies not only improves operational effectiveness, but also contributes to the creation of more ethical, inclusive and human-oriented systems, thus shaping the future of technology-driven business environments.
