Transformational Leadership: Effect on the Future of Civic Virtue Through Organizational Culture in Eco-Hospitals in Ethiopia
Abstract
This chapter examines the effect of transformational leadership on the civic virtue and organizational culture in eco-hospitals in Ethiopia. The study uses a quantitative research design to establish the correlations between the variables under analysis and was conducted among 385 participants. By applying the KMO measure and EFA, the authors confirm the validity of the constructs concerning transformational leadership, civic virtue, and organizational culture. According to the KMO value, it is acceptable to carry out factor analysis of the data collected for sampling, by having to isolate the factors within the data. Subsequent to this, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) is performed to establish the measurement model. Next, structural equation modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS is used to test the proposed hypothesis. From the SEM analysis substantial channels emerge on how transformational leadership impacts organizational culture on the progress of civic virtue among healthcare professionals in eco-hospitals.
