The medical device industry drives healthcare improvement through technology, enhancing patient outcomes and solving complex challenges. This literature review examines how leadership styles influence innovation in medical device development, focusing on qualities that foster innovation and the impact of organizational culture. Case studies highlight strategic leadership combined with targeted innovation strategies, guiding leaders to effectively navigate regulatory demands and competitive pressures.
