Research on Improving the Quality of Talent Training in Higher Vocational Colleges in China
Abstract
According to the action plan for improving the quality of vocational education (2020-2023), the vocational school evaluation system includes professional ethics, professional quality, technical skills, employment quality, and entrepreneurial ability as important content areas for assessing the quality of talent training that should be strengthened. This plan was released by the Ministry of Education and nine other government departments. An example higher vocational college in Guangdong is used to illustrate the importance of quality talent training in the new era, and a method for improving talent training quality in vocational colleges is proposed. This chapter is intended to serve as a model for other higher vocational colleges seeking to improve the quality of talent training while also promoting the modernization and internationalization of high-quality vocational education.
