Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Enhancing Workplace Dynamics
Abstract
This essay explores the multifaceted nature of OCB, examining its definitions, dimensions, antecedents, and outcomes. Through a comprehensive literature review and empirical analysis, this study aims to elucidate the significance of OCB in enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. The methodology section outlines the research design and data collection methods employed in this study. The analysis of results reveals key insights into the relationship between OCB and organizational performance. The discussion interprets these findings in the context of existing theories and practices, highlighting implications for management. Finally, conclusions are drawn regarding the importance of fostering OCB within organizations to achieve sustainable success.
