At the present point in time, it is emphasized that leadership is a necessary yet complex process that guides individuals and organizations in achieving their goals. As a result of the developments and events experienced, and under the influence of globalization and technological advancements, changes have occurred in leadership approaches, leading to the emergence of different leadership styles. Leadership styles have become more flexible and human-centered over time. One of these is the liberal leadership style. Liberal leadership has emerged as an approach that prioritizes individual freedoms and the principles of equality. In this style, leaders encourage employees to take responsibility and express their original ideas.
