Leadership Perspective of Generation Alpha: Coaching Style and Green Future
Abstract
This study explores Generation Alpha's understanding of leadership, shaped by the coaching style and the green future vision. As a digital-minded, ecologically sensitive, and socially transformative generation, Generation Alpha holds potential for developing an innovative and sustainable leadership model. The research examines how the participatory, flexible coaching style, with its emphasis on environmental responsibility, aligns with the green future perspective, fostering principles of sustainability and social responsibility. The study contributes to the literature by addressing gaps in understanding how Generation Alpha constructs leadership in the digital age, emphasizing ethical and environmental values. It highlights the potential for young leaders to drive sustainable solutions and societal change.
