Abstract
This study explores Generation Alpha's leadership approach and its potential impact on building a greener future. It focuses particularly on how Generation Alpha, as future health professionals, will be shaped by sustainability, environmental awareness, and innovative leadership models. Generation Alpha is a cohort that has grown up immersed in technology and demonstrates a heightened awareness of environmental issues. Their leadership perspective holds the potential to transform current healthcare systems into more eco-friendly and sustainable structures. In an era of escalating environmental crises, adopting environmentally focused approaches in the healthcare sector has become increasingly urgent. Understanding and fostering Generation Alpha's leadership characteristics could significantly contribute to the development of environmentally conscious healthcare services in the future. This study offers an innovative perspective to the literature on leadership and sustainability by revealing how the health professionals of tomorrow can adopt eco-friendly leadership approaches. Additionally, it will serve as a guiding resource on implementing environmentally aware leadership models within the healthcare sector. By addressing Generation Alpha's leadership approach and its contribution to developing environmentally sensitive healthcare policies, this research plays a critical role in shaping the future of society. Developing leadership skills among health professionals focusing on environmental sustainability will benefit the healthcare sector and support humanity's journey toward a harmonious future with the environment.
