Key topics include the strategic objectives of TNE providers, such as enhancing international cooperation, fostering global competence, and driving economic development in the partner countries. The chapter also addresses significant challenges TNE faces, including quality assurance, regulatory compliance, cultural adaptability, and the impact of geopolitical dynamics on educational partnerships. By exploring these challenges, a comprehensive overview of TNE's potential to reshape global education while scrutinising the complexities of maintaining academic standards and equity. These insights are crucial for policymakers, educators, and stakeholders striving to optimise the benefits and mitigate the risks associated with transnational education initiatives.
