From Campus to Career: Transforming Technology Skills Through University-Workplace Collaboration
Abstract
University-workplace collaborations play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between academic learning and industry demands, particularly in the domain of technology skill development. This study examines the impact of structured collaboration programs on students, faculty, and industry professionals using a mixed-methods approach.
