Abstract
This article aims to explore the association among leaders ethics and the influence use of platforms founded on digital technologies in nurtures intelligence to compete within corporates. It addresses the challenge of bring into ethical leadership practices with technological advancements to improve competitive policymaking. The study employs quantitative surveys to gather data from various industries regarding leadership styles and technology exploitation. Key outcomes manifest that leaders ethics worthy influences the adoption of digital tools, which in turn augments intelligence to compete capabilities. Corporates with a strong ethical ethos are more likely to leverage data influence in their competitive processes. The outcomes depict that nurturing leader's ethics is fundamental for corporates seeking to improve their intelligence to compete. Future directions assimilate investigating the specific traits of leader's ethics and the influence of emerging technologies on policymaking practices. Recommendations emphasize the need for training programs and approaches of leadership.
