Engaging in Physical Education: How to Improve Physical Activity in School
Abstract
Physical activity in school is also called Physical Education. PE is different from other school disciplines and differs from school to school. One of the essential parts of this discipline is to maintain a moderate to high intensity and attention. To make it possible, an adequate level of engagement and enjoyment during the lessons is necessary. This chapter aims to understand the mechanics that could influence the engagement during the hours of physical education to improve the engagement (physical and mental) during the academic years.
