Abstract

This study examines the use of chatbots as virtual leaders in Australian schools, focusing on their role in decision-making and strategy. Chatbots streamline tasks, enhance stakeholder engagement, and provide data-driven insights, improving operational efficiency. Despite these benefits, issues such as technical integration, user acceptance, and data security remain challenges. Customizable solutions, robust training, and data protection strategies are critical for successful implementation. Recommendations include fostering collaboration, promoting equitable use of algorithms, and ensuring ethical chatbot practices. Future research should explore the long-term impact of chatbots on education, leadership, and professional development.
