Breaking Barriers: Redefining Legal and Regulatory Boundaries for a Sustainable Financial Future in Pharmaceuticals and
Abstract
In a swiftly transforming pharmaceuticals and healthcare environment, the sector contends with increasingly intricate legal and regulatory frameworks alongside escalating demands for sustainable financial strategies. Addressing these multifaceted challenges necessitates a profound redefinition of legal and regulatory boundaries to ensure compliance and economic resilience. Strategic regulatory management, underpinned by adaptive legal frameworks, has emerged as a crucial facilitator, enabling organizations to leverage Regulatory Compliance Planning (RCP) and Sustainable Operations Planning (SOP) to allocate resources effectively in pursuit of leadership within the sustainable healthcare market. This chapter introduces a comprehensive theoretical framework that examines the interaction between strategic regulatory management, adaptive legal frameworks, and RCP within pharmaceutical governance.
