Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR4.0) brought about the development of new computing and automation technology. It is supported by a more dynamic combination of technology that produces unique products that consistently meet customers' needs. However, many entrepreneurs need help managing their business in this ever-changing environment. A dynamic environment requires entrepreneurs to think and act creatively on business opportunities. This study's main objective was to examine the mediation influence of an innovation mindset on the relationship between entrepreneurial knowledge and the success of small businesswomen. A survey was used, and 200 small businesswomen were selected. Data was analyzed using the SEM method. The findings show that the innovation mindset partially mediates entrepreneurial knowledge and business success.
