AI and Leadership Styles in Human Resource Management
Abstract
AI has become an integral part of human resource management in the modern era. Leadership styles and employee engagement have both been greatly impacted by this merger. It is essential that leadership qualities are changed in order to achieve organizational goals on both a cultural and operational level. AI can be integrated with human resources management to improve job satisfaction, one factor of leadership styles. As leaders make decisions for the organization, changing leadership styles and roles will engage employees. Leadership is also characterized by motivation. Motivating employees is crucial for unlocking their talents and skills, as well as for enhancing their engagement in their work. One of the latest tools in human resource management, green talent management, fosters innovative work and behavior among employees. However, a significant challenge for organizations is evaluating employee performance while continuously engaging them in their work. This challenge is further complicated by the implementation of artificial intelligence, such as robots, within the workforce.
