Mustafa Kayyali
holds a PhD in Quality Management from Azteca University and a master’s degree in Quality Management and Evaluation in Higher Education from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. His expertise includes accreditation, quality assurance, and higher education rankings. He is engaged in academic activities as a researcher, publisher, and translator, with work spanning management, translation, interpretation, and academic consulting. His publications include more than 20 research papers and seven book chapters, and he has translated five books related to higher education and management.
