Megan Lowe
Megan Lowe has served at the University of Louisiana at Monroe since 2003, serving in various positions, most recently as the Coordinator of Public Services and the Interim Assistant Dean of the Library. She has worked in libraries in one capacity or another since 1997. Her research interests include information literacy, plagiarism and copyright issues (including Creative Commons licensing), open access and open education resources, faculty-librarian relations, and deselection/weeding, out of which her interest in the emotional dimensions of librarianship have emerged. Mrs. Lowe has published several articles and book chapters on these and various other topics. She also founded and edits the scholarly, peer-reviewed open access journal

Lindsey Reno
Lindsey Reno has served as the Acquisitions Librarian and Liaison to the School of the Arts at the University of New Orleans since 2012. Previously, she has held positions at Occidental College in Los Angeles and the Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston. She earned her M.S. in Library and Information Science from Simmons College in 2003. Her research interests include the shifting paradigms of acquisitions and collection development and the emotional aspects of academic librarianship. Lindsey’s previous works include articles and book chapters in these areas.
