Teamwork in Action: Harnessing Sports to Boost Creative Collaboration in Virtual Teams
Abstract
This study investigates the field of sports entrepreneurship, specifically examining the process of incubation and its impact on innovation. Sports companies have a significant role in fostering economic growth and community development. However, achieving success in this field necessitates strategic support and access to resources. Business incubation offers a well-organized setting for ambitious sports entrepreneurs to enhance their ideas, develop robust strategies, and attain sustainable success. Conducting qualitative research with sports entrepreneurs offered valuable insights for entrepreneurs and incubation practitioners, shedding light on effective strategies and the typical obstacles.
