Abstract
This report details a robust approach to Geographic Information System (GIS) projects focused on identifying and categorizing surface water pollution through the analysis of Earth surface image datasets. Harnessing the power of high-resolution satellite imagery combined with advanced machine learning algorithms, the project endeavours to offer valuable insights into water quality parameters. By employing sophisticated data analytics techniques, the initiative seeks to empower stakeholders with actionable information, enabling them to make informed decisions regarding sustainable water management practices. Through the integration of cutting- edge technology and scientific methodologies, the project strives to address the pressing issue of water pollution, ultimately contributing to the preservation and conservation of our planet's valuable water resources.
