Abstract
The holy book of Hinduism, the Śrīmad-Bhagavad-Gītā, offers deep insight and direction that can be used in many facets of life, including governmental administration, management, and business. The function of the Śrīmad-Bhagavad-Gītā in public administration is summed up in this abstract. As a holy book, the Śrīmad-Bhagavad-Gītā provides insightful knowledge, which is applicable to the field of public administration. It highlights the significance of moral leadership, moral decision-making, etc. The Śrīmad-Bhagavad-Gītā teaches public managers how to develop a sense of responsibility, compassion, and integrity in their work. Public managers can create a more comprehensive approach to public service and a deeper awareness of their tasks and responsibilities by studying the teachings of the Śrīmad-Bhagavad-Gītā. The chapter highlights the primary competencies of organizational settings and their attributes, with a particular emphasis on Śrīmad Bhagavad Gītā in the areas of management and business, scientific research, and its ethical and spiritual implications.
