Integrative healthcare at Home and Caregiver Toolkit: An Exploration
Abstract
Integrated healthcare that is provided in the patient's home is the topic of discussion in this chapter, as is the creation of a caregiver toolbox to support this paradigm. To provide patients with complete medical treatment that addresses their physical, psychological, and social requirements, integrative healthcare requires coordinated teamwork among a wide range of medical experts. This method, when used in home settings, encourages holistic care that improves the well-being of patients and aids family caregivers in the management of multifaceted health problems. To enable caregivers to provide successful integrative care, the caregiver toolkit acts as a practical resource that guides, trains, and equips them with the necessary tools. This investigation highlights the benefits, challenges, and potential strategies for implementing integrative healthcare at home. The important role that caregivers play in bridging the gap between clinical treatment and everyday living situations receives particular attention.
