Abstract

This literature-based study explores how integrating educational leadership and management research enhances Christian practices and workplace engagement in theological education settings. It aims to address challenges theological institutions face in balancing spiritual formation with leadership skills for secular environments. Using a systematic review of scholarly literature, the study identifies gaps in leadership preparation that risk weakening Christian identity in professional spaces. Findings reveal that applying leadership and management principles strengthens institutional performance, supports ethical leadership, and promotes faith integration in diverse workplaces. The study recommends a structured adoption of educational leadership models to ensure that theological education produces leaders who are spiritually grounded and professionally competent.
