Abstract

This study aimed to capitalize on the experiences of nursing and health techniques professors in Morocco with innovative pedagogical practices used in remote teaching (RT) in the Covid-19 era, and to study the factors associated with these practices. It was carried out in 2022 among 254 professors at Morocco's Higher Institutes of Nursing Professions and Health Techniques (ISPITS). Data were collected using a survey whose reliability was shown to be excellent by Cronbach's alpha test. Associations between variables were studied using multivariate logistic regression. The majority of the studied population is aged between 30 and 40 years old (49.2%), is female (73.6%), holds a Master's degree (50%), has 5 to 10 years' professional experience, and has innovated by adapting course outline components and their pedagogical activities, and by using digital means for RT. Nevertheless, for better pedagogical performance, it is advisable to set up a platform devoted to remote teaching and to develop the techno-pedagogical skills of ISPITS professors.
