Abstract
This chapter explores the strategic use of HRD for sustainable growth in emerging entrepreneurial ventures focusing on UX designs, highlighting the challenge of building agile teams in competitive digital markets, founded by innovators. By integrating HRD practices with UX design principles, startups can enhance creativity, improve collaboration, and focus on customer-centered product development. The chapter aims to enhance the company's vision through talent acquisition, continuous learning, and team empowerment, while incorporating UX methodologies for intuitive, user-centered digital solutions. Connecting HRD and UX design will lead to faster innovation, better alignment of business goals and user needs, promoting long-term growth and sustaining digital change. This chapter suggests that strategic HRD and thoughtful UX design can significantly enhance the competitive advantage of emerging startups in the digital era.
