Abstract
There have been profound shifts in all aspects of human life as a result of the information society and the new economy. In addition, the COVID-19 pandemic and crisis brought about massive changes across all areas, endangering social harmony while simultaneously straining how quickly society is being modernised and the expansion of the new economy. This difficult matter is brought to notice since a properly controlled connection of this kind might provide a significant boost to the knowledge-based economy. Societal importance also rests on the interplay between leadership ethics, teamwork, and efficiency in interaction, output, and success. This study explains how recent college grads may make a difference in their organisations by applying their ethical principles to the roles of management, collaboration, effective communication, and production. There is a noticeable lack of study that addresses all four of these aspects of ethics at the same time.
