Abstract
The convergence of business and digitalization has triggered a paradigm shift in the global economic environment, changing organizational strategies and structures. This study aims to analyze the dynamic impact of digitalization on firms in Pakistan, addressing significant research gaps that necessitate further investigation. One critical part of understanding the repercussions of digitalization is the temporal adaptability of firms to changing digitalization trends. While many global studies have looked at the effects of digitization, very few have looked at how firms in Pakistan have evolved over time. A critical study gap exists in understanding the temporal dimensions of digitization and how they affect the competitiveness and performance of Pakistani firms. The research findings will not only improve our understanding of the varied processes of digitalization but will also provide useful insights for businesses and governments navigating Pakistan's ever-changing digital world.
