Maizaitulaidawati Md Husin (Ed.)
Maizaitulaidawati Md Husin (PhD) is a dedicated academic with a profound passion for Islamic banking and finance. With over 12 years of teaching and supervisory experience, she is recognized for her expertise in the field. Mai earned her PhD in Islamic Economics from the University of Malaya, alongside an MSc in Banking and a BBA in Finance. She is also a Certified Islamic Financial Planner in Malaysia. Currently, Mai serves as the Director of Business Administration at Azman Hashim International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. In this role, she oversees the strategic and operational direction of the institution's academic and administrative functions. Her leadership is underscored by her involvement in more than 30 consultancy and research projects, collectively valued at over RM10 million. A prolific writer, Mai has authored over 100 scholarly works, including research papers, book chapters, and journal articles, with a primary focus on financial management. Beyond her professional endeavors, she finds joy in spending quality time with family and friends, enjoying music, reading, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.

Muslim Amin (Ed.)
Muslim Amin is an Associate Professor at Azman Hashim International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He holds PhD and MBA from National University of Malaysia (UKM) and BBA from Faculty of Economic and Business, University of Syiah Kuala, Aceh, Indonesia. His current research interests include service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, electronic commerce and interactive marketing, and entrepreneurship marketing. He is the author of more than 50 international refereed journal papers and international conference papers. His recent publications have appeared in journals such as The Service Industries Journal, International Journal of Bank Marketing, Services Marketing Quarterly, Clinical Governance: An International Journal, The TQM Journal, International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management, Journal of Hospitality Marketing & Management, Journal for Global Business Advancement and International Journal of Islamic Middle Eastern Finance and Management.

Haliyana Khalid (Ed.)
Haliyana Khalid is an Associate Professor in Digital Experience Transformationand currently serves as the Deputy Dean of Research and Innovation at theAzman Hashim International Business School, UTM. She holds a PhD inComputing, specializing in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) from LancasterUniversity, UK, and is a professional member of the Association for ComputingMachinery (ACM) and IEEE She also holds a Certified Professional Marketer(CPM, Asia) certification, reflecting her expertise in integrating User Experience(UX), Information Systems (IS), and marketing. With a strong focus on digitaltransformation, Dr. Haliyana actively leads industry and community-driveninitiatives that leverage UX design, data-driven insights, and emergingtechnologies to enhance digital experiences. Her research spans digitalmarketing, information systems and big data, with a particular emphasis oncrafting seamless, user-centric digital ecosystems. As an advocate for human-centered design, she employs Design Thinking as the foundation of herteaching pedagogy, fostering problem-solving, creativity, and empathy-driveninnovation in her students. Through her consultancy work and research grants,she continues to shape the future of digital experience transformation, bridgingthe gap between technology, business, and user needs.

Mustafa Nourallah (Ed.)
Mustafa Nourallah , PhD, works as an Assistant Professor at Mid Sweden University and Digital Banking and Finance Project Manager at the Centre for Research on Economic Relations (CER), where his focus is on exploring how financial technology can be leveraged to enhance the personal finance landscape of households. Dr Nourallah published his work in international peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Business Research, reviewed assignments for various journals, served as Associate Editor for the Financial Services Review, and he the Vice President-International member of Board of Directors of Academy of Financial Services (USA) and member of advisory board of (CER) at Mid Sweden University.
