Throughout his career, he has excelled in various roles, including developer, designer, analyst, project manager, and quality expert. This extensive experience has honed his abilities and equipped him with a deep understanding of software engineering principles. In addition to his remarkable industry background, Dr. Ismail has made significant contributions to the academic community. He has held prestigious positions as a lecturer at the University of Hail, assistant professor at the University of Dammam, and professor at Umm Al-Qura University. Currently, he serves as a senior lecturer at the American University, where his expertise is highly valued. Dr. Ismail's research interests encompass several cutting-edge domains, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing, Knowledge Management, and Sentiment Analysis. His innovative work in these areas has garnered attention and recognition from peers and professionals alike. As a result, he has published over 100 research papers across various domains, demonstrating his intellectual prowess and dedication to advancing knowledge.
