Walter Bataglia
is a full professor at Mackenzie Presbyterian University in São Paulo, Brazil, where he teaches strategy, innovation, and organizational theory in undergraduate, master's, and doctoral business courses. As a visiting professor at Université de Lille and Copenhagen Business School, he has conducted collaborative research on strategic alliances, service ecosystems, and their interactions with regulatory frameworks. He currently serves as Research Coordinator at Mackenzie, focusing on Business Administration, Accounting, and Economics, and is a member of several international business journal editorial boards. He holds a Master's and a PhD in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo. With extensive experience in technology, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors, his research and teaching interests include strategic alliance management, dynamic capabilities, ecosystem innovation, and regulatory decision-making.
