Cassandra Sligh Conway (Ed.)
Cassandra Sligh Conway (Ph.D., LPC-A, CRC, GCDF, SAS, aPHR) is a Full Tenured Professor at South Carolina State University. Sligh Conway has authored books, book chapters, and refereed articles on many topics in higher education. Her research focus is on persons with disabilties, adult learners, mentoring, higher education and professional development, disaster preparedness and prevention, substance abuse and early recovery services, and pastoral counseling. Sligh Conway grants toal about 2 million over the last 12 years. Grant and projects include areas such as disaster preparedness/prevention, mentoring, rehabilitation counseling, transportation/food and nutrition services throughout the state of South Carolina, student mentoring, women empowerment, Hope 6 grant project, case management services, and foster care and adoption advocacy services.

Andy Liu (Ed.)
Andy Jiahao Liu is currently a Global Professor of English at University of Arizona, where he delivers international foundations writing courses to multilingual writers. His research interests lie in second language writing, English for research publication purposes, and language testing and assessment. His research has been published in the Journal of Second Language Writing, Innovations in Education and Teaching International, and many others. Besides, Andy is an active and enthusiastic participant in his professional communities. Founding co-chair of the Language Tester Mentoring Program at the International Language Testing Association (ILTA), Andy now serves as the co-chair of the Test-taker Insights in Language Assessment SIG at ILTA. In the TESOL International Association, Andy is the current co-editor of the Applied Linguistics Forum, the newsletter of the Applied Linguistics Interest Section; he was also elected as the incoming Chair of the Second Language Writing Interest section in March 2024.
