DescriptionThe International Journal of Systems and Society (IJSS) is dedicated to promoting the use and development of cybernetic and systems ideas within society. The journal aims to support high-quality articles in cyber-systemic theories, approaches and applications. The focus is the development and use of cyber-systemic ideas within society and less on literature reviews, although some instances may occur where such papers are accepted. Field research and research into real-world situations, particularly as these relate to topics in the 2030 agenda for Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the United Nations in 2015, are encouraged. Papers are invited from practitioners, systems researchers, systems academics and cyberneticians All papers undergo a double-blind peer review process and the difference in style of practitioner papers from academic is acknowledged. Opinion papers are considered for publication at the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief.
