The journal provides a platform for state-of-the-art research and cutting-edge innovative activities focusing on the integration between cyber security and blockchain in both theoretical and practical aspects. It covers various topics including blockchain applications, consensus algorithm, smart contract, security, privacy, and trust computing. IJBASC publishes four major paper types—research papers, research reviews or surveys, research and practice notes, and case studies—regarding all areas of blockchain technology and secure computing.

MissionThe International Journal of Blockchain Applications and Secure Computing (IJBASC) aims to publish high-quality research contributions to address open challenges in blockchain applications, secure computing, or in cross domains. The advent of blockchain technology has significantly changed the digital world by removing the inefficiencies of a centralized system. It has widely interacted with the cyber security field to enhance the security of shared data, resulting in various blockchain-assisted applications. However, with the increasing complexity of existing network systems, blockchain applications and secure computing are challenged by emerging problems and demands. The primary goal of this journal is provide a platform for professionals from academia and industry to demonstrate challenges, solutions, and future directions in blockchain applications and secure computing.
