In International Journal of Asian Business and Information Management, the outsourcing trends and practices of banking industries in developing countries like India and China are well studied by the paper “ IT Outsourcing Strategies: The Case of Indian Banking Sector”, and the paper makes a comparative analysis of these practices with reference to four important dimensions of outsourcing, shoring, sourcing, engagement and duration.
