Abstract

The Book Review Application is a comprehensive web platform developed using React.js for the front end and Spring Boot for the back end. The application offers features such as personalized book lists, and the ability to write and rate reviews. React.js ensures a fast, interactive, and responsive user interface. Spring Boot provides a robust back end with RESTful APIs to handle book data, user information, and review submissions. MongoDB is used to store book details, user profiles, and reviews, offering flexibility for managing large and unstructured data sets. Administrators have access to manage book entries, approve or delete reviews, and monitor the platform's activity. Security is integrated through user authentication and role-based access control, ensuring that only authorized users can modify sensitive data. The application also supports real-time updates, enabling dynamic interaction between users and the system without page reloads, handles high traffic, provides scalable user-friendly environment for book enthusiasts to connect, discover, and engage in literary world.
