Abstract
In the modern era of the digital world, technology service providers face myriad challenges in maintaining their competitiveness and profitability due to rapid and dynamic changes and the subsequent need to support multiple generations of technology. Technology leaders must embrace innovation and become strategic business partners to the organization's success. Exponential technologies are increasing and subsequently putting on companies to perform. Exponential technologies are those innovations that continue to advance exponentially, with disruptive economic and lifestyle effects. Therefore, this descriptive nature of study is likely to understand the role of exponential technologies in fostering strategies to support disruptive innovation that leadership likes to initiate for embracing disruptive innovation as part of strategic decisions taken by strategic leadership. The study has inferred that the role of exponential technologies has deep and significant importance in influencing strategic leadership in the organization to develop an ecosystem to promote disruptive innovation.
