The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Employee Wellness and Mental Health
Abstract
Purpose This chapter investigates the function of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in improving employee well-being and psychological well-being. The goal is to investigate how AI-driven systems and instruments are being used to assist workers' mental and physical health, to assess how well they are working, and determine the advantages and drawbacks related to their implementation. This chapter addresses how AI can be used to improve worker happiness and whether there are any downsides to employing this type of technology. Rather than viewing AI as a danger, HRM departments can reverse the script by leveraging its power to monitor and improve the health of their staff.
